China Film Production Rental: Your One-Stop Shop for Camera Gear
Shoot In China coordinates film production equipment rental for shoots in Beijing and other Chinese cities. We help producers combine camera, lenses, lighting and supporting equipment requests with local crew and production planning. Our bilingual team works from your technical brief and itinerary rather than a fixed package for every job. For camera equipment hire in China, our team can coordinate regional rental requests around your confirmed filming itinerary and technical brief.
Equipment coordination for visiting production teams
Send your approved rental list or discuss the package with our team. We review the camera approach, locations, shoot dates and delivery requirements with you, then confirm the equipment and supplier arrangements for the proposed production.
Equipment requests we can review
- Cameras: ARRI, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic and RED requests, subject to the confirmed package.
- Lenses: Prime and zoom options reviewed with the camera mount and intended look.
- Lighting: HMI, LED, tungsten and modifiers as required by the lighting brief.
- Grip: Support and movement equipment for the proposed shots.
- Cinema packages: Camera, media, power and accessories reviewed together.
- Aerial requests: Specialist filming needs assessed separately for project feasibility.
- Live production: Switching, encoding and related requirements can be discussed as a defined service.
- Presenter setups: Prompter and presentation equipment requests where needed.
- Video support: Monitoring and sound requirements agreed with the production team.
Multi-city filming support
For a schedule covering Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou or Chengdu, we can discuss regional equipment sourcing and crew coordination. We review the itinerary to determine the practical support required at each stop and confirm the relevant bookings by city.
Bilingual local coordination
Our team communicates with suppliers and production contacts in English and Chinese. We can coordinate equipment handover, crew requests and transport planning alongside the shoot schedule. Additional production services are agreed in the scope rather than assumed to be included with equipment hire.
A rental plan built around the production
- Scoped package: Specific models, quantities and availability confirmed before booking.
- Crew support: Technical roles and production coordination can be quoted alongside equipment.
- Regional planning: Local requirements considered for each city in your itinerary.
- Communication: A bilingual contact for supplier and crew coordination.
- Booking terms: Rental periods and included services set out in the proposal.
