Reliable Beijing Film Equipment Rental | Shoot In China

Shoot In China provides Beijing film equipment rental coordination for corporate productions, commercials, documentaries and photography shoots. We help visiting producers and local teams source the camera, lens, lighting and support package for their brief. Our bilingual contact can coordinate equipment requests alongside crew and shoot logistics. For Beijing film gear hire, our production contact reviews your rental list, equipment checkout and any collection or delivery requirements with the supplier.

Film equipment packages for your Beijing shoot

We work from your rental list, camera requirements and filming dates to review a proposed package. Requests can include cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting and accessories. We confirm individual models, quantities and availability with the supplier booking rather than promise an unspecified inventory.

Photography equipment requests

For a stills production, share the camera system, lenses, lighting and any supporting equipment you need. We can discuss a photography package as part of the same production enquiry, including coordination with the photographer and location contact.

One point of contact for the booking

Our team helps align the rental with the shoot schedule and local arrangements. Tell us whether you need equipment only, technical crew or wider production support. We set out those responsibilities separately so your producer knows what is included.

Production equipment rental coordination in Beijing

Before the booking is confirmed, we review the equipment list and planned handover with your production lead. Any required checkout, setup support or delivery arrangements should be specified in the request and confirmed as part of the package.

How to request your rental package

Send the dates, location, preferred equipment list and any alternatives you can accept. We will discuss availability, rental duration, collection or delivery requirements and the related crew support before finalising the booking.

Contact [email protected] or send a rental enquiry. We can also discuss support in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu when your itinerary extends beyond Beijing. See our production services for related local support.
